INGREDIENTS

  • cashews

    1 cup

  • water

    500ml

  • desi ghee

    1 tbsp

  • cumin seeds

    1tsp

  • grated ginger

    1tsp

  • rock salt

    to taste

  • black pepper

    1 tsp

  • cumin powder

    1 tsp

  • curd

    1/2 cup

  • paneer cubes

    250g

  • coriander

    to garnish

  • 1 serving 1

    Instructions

    1. 1. Soak cashews in hot water for 2 hours. Blend soaked cashews into a watery paste using your BlendJet
    2. 2. In a pan, add Desi Ghee. Roast cumin and rated ginger for a minute
    3. 3. Add in the cashew paste. Mix well.
    4. 4. Add salt, pepper and cumin powder.
    5. 5. Add in curd and let cook covered for 10 Minutes.
    6. 6. Add in paneer cubes and garnish with coriander.
