Replacements are only eligible for items received within 7 days and are defective or
damaged, to replace your item, please send us an email at support@blendjet.in within7 days of product delivery.
The 7-day replacement policy is applicable from the date of delivery.
The blender jar is broken.
The blender base is damaged or not working.

We cover battery issues and blade, up to 1 year which is the warranty we offer since all other items are subject to wear/tear or mis-handling.
The replacement will be for the same product as originally ordered.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on
your location and the shipping method used. We will make every effort to
process your exchange and send out the replacement item as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding, and we are committed to resolving the issue with your purchase in a timely and efficient manner. If you have any further questions or

Please note that we do not offer Refunds. Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or personal preferences. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is found to be in a condition inconsistent from what it was delivered. Due to the nature of the product and the logistics involved, we are only inclined to provide a partial refund in extreme situations.
