Soaked Black Chickpeas, 1 Cup
1 Cup
boiling water (do not put in BlendJet)
4 Cups
bay leaf
1
Cardamom Powder
1
cinnamon
1
salt
to taste
Cumin Powder
1 Tsp
chaat masala powder
1 tsp
1 serving 7 oz

Instructions
Soak the black chana in water, for 4 hours.
Pressure cook for 5-6 whistles along with aromatics
Let this cool and transfer 3 parts of stock and 1 part of boiled chickpeas into the blender along with Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Chaat Masala
