INGREDIENTS

  • Soaked Black Chickpeas, 1 Cup

    1 Cup

  • boiling water (do not put in BlendJet)

    4 Cups

  • bay leaf

    1

  • Cardamom Powder

    1

  • cinnamon

    1

  • salt

    to taste

  • Cumin Powder

    1 Tsp

  • chaat masala powder

    1 tsp

  • 1 serving 7 oz

    Instructions

    1. Soak the black chana in water, for 4 hours.
    2. Pressure cook for 5-6 whistles along with aromatics
    3. Let this cool and transfer 3 parts of stock and 1 part of boiled chickpeas into the blender along with Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Chaat Masala
